Come and visit Tuscany from the inside, tasting products of the best local food and wine producers in this area and choosing the best products to cook with. Our authentic local Tuscan chef will teach you how to prepare tasteful Italian dishes with these products during the cooking classes, using daily harvested vegetables and herbs out of our own garden.
During the classes we will focus on hand-made pasta, follow several local recipes, create delicious dishes in the wood oven and enjoy different kind of fragrant wines. And then there are the exquisite honeys, the luscious cheeses, the crispy wood-oven baked bread and the fragrant olive oil. Everything we eat is pure and seasonal!
In the evening you will enjoy an Italian aperitif, followed by a candlelit dinner under the Tuscan sky in the olive grove, or at the ancient court yard of La Concia.
