If you want to learn more about mindfulness and how to implement mindfulness in your daily life, this might be for you.

This Spring retreat will be a combination of Slow Travel and Mindfulness. Discovering Tuscany in a way that you probably would never be able to as a ‘tourist’. This is because we work together with local entrepreneurs, creatives and tastemakers to create an even better experience! We’ll go foraging and learning about herbs and it’s purposes, we’ll make a boat trip on the Golfo dei Poeti, where writers and poets as Virginia Woolf and Shelly escaped to for its stunning beauty, we’ll have dinners under starry skies in the olive grove and we’ll learn how to make our own fresh pasta from an Italian local chef.

To even enhance the experience, but also to completely unwind and reset, there will be daily meditation classes, as well as mindfulness theory, leading towards a more balanced and inspired life. There will also be enough me-time to relax and just read a book or linger around and enjoy the sun rays…

You will leave this retreat with a calm and clear mind (and the tools how to implement this in your daily life), feeling inspired and guaranteed tons of new energy!

We will be a small and intimate group of like-minded souls discovering and learning new things and inspiring each other. Our base will be an old Tuscan stone house in the sleepy village of Codiponte. The rooms are tastefully decorated and you will feel right at home at @laconcia.
